The Galleria is an elegant venue with soaring glass ceilings and polished marble floors. It is perfect for intimate gatherings and small-scale corporate functions.

Note: This space is only available after 6pm Monday- Friday. Available all day on Saturday/ Sunday.

HISTORY OF THE ROOM
The Galleria is a revitalised area that was created during extensive renovations of Parliament House from 1992 to 1995. During this refurbishment, an open courtyard was enclosed and modernised to create the Galleria.

Today the Galleria features a multimedia artwork by Malcolm Harrison -' These are Matters of Pride,’ which was commissioned for the Galleria in 1996. It creatively represents New Zealand’s landscape and the migration of Polynesian peoples.
