RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Bellamys by Logan Brown is delighted to accept your reservation as it allows us to organise the restaurant to ensure that you enjoy a premium dining experience.

As an organisation we recognise that situations could arise that may impact your ability to honour your reservation. If this is the case, reservation cancellations must be requested 24 hours prior to the reservation time, otherwise cancellation fees may apply, as set out below.

Bellamys by Logan Brown reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 per head (or menu price when booked for special event/s) when the following arise:

1.            Booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation time

2.            Guests do not show up for the reservation (bookings will be considered a “no-show” after 30 minutes)

3.            Party size is less than the original booking by 2 or more guests 

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the registered card on file and the person responsible for the booking will be notified by e-mail.

How to access Bellamys by Logan Brown

For security reasons it is essential that bookings are made in advance.

We are located on Level 3 of the Beehive in New Zealand's Parliament.

When you arrive at the Beehive, you will need to go through the security gates and then head to the reception desk to the right and provide your name. The receptionist will check you in, give you an orange sticker to display where it is visible and give you an access card to get up to Level 3 in the lifts to the left of reception.


When in the lift, scan the card against the card reader and select the 3rd Floor. 


When arriving on level three, follow the signs to the Bellamys by Logan Brown entrance where you will be warmly welcomed by our Restaurant Manager.

Privacy Policy

The personal data collected on this website will be held and processed in accordance with the provisions of New Zealand Privacy Act from 1993. The information you provide will be processed for the purpose of restaurant table reservations only and will not be shared unless there is authorisation or a legitimate reason for doing so in accordance with the Act. The information you provide will be retained on the system for 3 years for the purposes of:

  • administering your reservation;
  • tailoring our services to your requirements and preferences.
